ICAI Udaipur Honours 28 New Chartered Accountants

Udaipur, March 7 (Udaipur Kiran): The Udaipur branch of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) organised a felicitation ceremony on Saturday to honour 28 newly qualified Chartered Accountants who cleared the CA examination. The event was held at the ICAI Bhawan in Sector-14.

Branch Chairman CA Chirag Dharamawat addressed the newly qualified Chartered Accountants and said that the CA profession is progressing rapidly in line with changing economic and technological environments. He stated that along with traditional accounting, young Chartered Accountants should also strengthen their role in areas such as digital finance, data analytics, artificial intelligence, startup advisory and the fintech sector.

He added that continuous learning, effective time management and adherence to professional ethics are essential for achieving success in the profession.

The results of the CA Final examination were declared on March 1. In Udaipur, Lavika Kanodiya secured the first position, while Priyansh Chaplot stood second and Krishna Trivedi secured the third position.

A total of 345 students appeared for the CA Final examination in Udaipur. Among them, 24 students cleared both groups, 47 students passed the first group and four students cleared the second group.

SICASA Chairman CA Dharmendra Singh Kothari informed that the results of the CA Intermediate and CA Foundation January 2026 examinations will be declared by ICAI on March 8, 2026.

On the occasion, former Chairman CA Rahul Maheshwari, Vice Chairman CA Saurabh Golchha and Treasurer CA Kapil Kumar Joshi also congratulated the newly qualified Chartered Accountants and wished them a bright future. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks by Branch Secretary CA Aruna Gelda.
