(Udaipur Kiran News | Tech Desk) – Huawei’s upcoming Mate 80 series has surfaced in a fresh leak, revealing the rear design of the phones. Images shared on Weibo show a circular camera island with a triangular triple-camera arrangement, accompanied by LED flash, laser sensors, and additional cutouts — giving a glimpse into Huawei’s latest design evolution.

🔹 Design Details
The leaked images confirm that at least one variant in the lineup will sport a round camera module, continuing Huawei’s signature Mate design language. Unlike the Mate 70, which also had a circular setup, the arrangement of the lenses appears to have changed for the Mate 80 series.

Mate 80 Pro+
-
Mate 80 RS (the premium flagship)
🔹 Expected Specifications
Under the hood, Huawei is said to equip the series with the Kirin 9030 processor, offering 5G connectivity across all variants.
-
Mate 80 Pro / Pro+ / RS: Kirin 9030 SoC, 100W wired charging
-
Mate 80 (standard): Kirin 9020 chip, 66W charging
🔹 Camera Setup

Mate 80 Pro+ / RS: 50MP SmartSens 590 sensor (1/1.3-inch) for improved low-light shots
🔹 Display & Build
The Mate 80 RS is rumored to feature a 6.9-inch dual-layer OLED screen. Huawei is also reportedly testing titanium alloy frames and ceramic-like glass backs for premium durability.
🔹 Software
All models will run HarmonyOS NEXT, Huawei’s latest operating system optimized for AI integration and ecosystem performance.
🔹 Launch Timeline
The Huawei Mate 80 series is expected to debut in November 2025 in China, with global availability to follow.
