Ahmedabad, October 25 (Udaipur Kiran): In a major late-night operation, the Bopal Police in Ahmedabad raided a farmhouse in the Shela area on Friday night, busting an illegal rave party allegedly involving foreign nationals. Police arrested 20 people, including 13 foreigners, and seized 48 liquor bottles and 9 hookahs from the spot.

According to police, the party — titled “Hot Grabber Party” — was organized by a man identified as John. Preliminary investigations revealed that entry passes were sold between ₹700 and ₹15,000, and alcohol and other banned substances were being consumed at the event.
The police raid created chaos as several attendees tried to flee upon noticing media and law enforcement personnel. Officers, however, managed to detain multiple participants and confiscate crucial evidence, including liquor bottles, sound systems, and party entry passes.
All the detained men and women have been taken to the Civil Hospital for medical examination, officials said.
Police sources confirmed that an FIR has been registered and legal proceedings have begun against the event organizer and other accused. Authorities are also verifying the visas and travel documents of the foreign nationals involved.
The Bopal Police stated that the investigation is ongoing to determine the source of the liquor and narcotics used at the party, as well as any potential links to larger drug or party networks in the region
