10 Women and 20 Men Detained Over Rave Party and Alleged Sex Racket

Udaipur, August 3: Police conducted a late-night raid on Saturday at Hotel Ganesh, located on Kodiyat Road, following a tip-off about a rave party and suspected prostitution activities. During the operation, officers detained 10 women and 20 men. Authorities revealed that the rave party was organized under the pretext of a birthday celebration, and women had allegedly been brought in from outside for illegal activities.

A substantial amount of narcotic substances was also seized from the premises. The operation continued into the night, with police interrogating those detained.

According to sources, police were alerted by reports of loud music and suspicious activity at the hotel. Upon arriving at the scene, officers found several luxury vehicles parked outside, suggesting the presence of affluent guests. As police entered the hotel, chaos ensued — attendees of the party attempted to flee and hide. However, the police managed to detain everyone present.

It was reported that the party was hosted by a youth celebrating his birthday, who had invited friends for a rave. Many of the individuals, including the women, were found to be under the influence of intoxicants. Some of the women were said to have been brought in from outside the city.

The raid was carried out under the supervision of DSP Suryaveer Singh and his team.
