Mumbai, September 4 (Kiran News): Shares of GHV Infra Projects moved higher on Thursday after the company announced that it had received a Letter of Intent (LOI) for a sub-contract valued at approximately ₹120 crore.

The stock was trading at ₹1,397.95 on the BSE, up by ₹29.85 or 2.18% from its previous close of ₹1,368.10. The scrip opened at ₹1,345.00 and touched an intraday high of ₹1,401.00 and a low of ₹1,345.00, with 1,842 shares changing hands during the session.
The company’s market capitalisation currently stands at ₹1,965.92 crore. The stock has a 52-week high of ₹1,779.35 recorded on August 12, 2025, and a 52-week low of ₹19.78 on October 22, 2024. Over the past week, it has traded between ₹1,534.40 and ₹1,345.00.
Promoters hold 73.98% in the company, while non-institutional investors account for 26.02%.
The LOI, issued by GHV (India), pertains to engineering and construction work for the integrated redevelopment of a railway station under the South Eastern Railway in Jharkhand. The sub-contract is expected to be completed within three years from the commencement date.
