Udaipur : A firing incident took place outside the Twist bar in Connaught Place near Shobhagpura crossroads in Udaipur city on Saturday night. No casualties were reported in the incident. Police have registered a case and launched an investigation.
According to the police, the firing incident took place around 1:00 to 1:30 am on Saturday night. On receiving the information, Sukher police reached the spot. Some youths got into a scuffle with the guard at the bar over entry. After that, one of the youths opened fire.
Sukher SHO Yogendra Vyas said that one to two shots were fired during the dispute over entry into the bar. He said that the firing was done by Yuvraj alias Goni, and a case has been registered against him. Separate teams have been formed to investigate the matter. The report was lodged at Sukher police station by Rajesh son of Prakash Mevada.
