Udaipur, April 27: After a day of intense heat and humidity, residents of Udaipur experienced a welcome change in weather on Saturday evening. Light rain and cool breezes swept through areas such as Chitrakoot Nagar, Bedla, and Badgaon, providing much-needed relief from the sweltering conditions.
Despite high temperatures throughout the day, the atmosphere shifted in the evening, leading to a brief spell of rain lasting about ten to fifteen minutes, which resulted in water pooling on the roads and a refreshing chill in the air.
The accompanying strong winds made the weather pleasant, encouraging people to step outside and enjoy the cooler temperatures. Although the rain did not last long, a slight drop in temperature was recorded, bringing comfort to those suffering from the heat.
Meanwhile, in the Rajsamand district, light rain accompanied by hail was reported in the villages of Kumbhalgarh and Oda Kanuja, causing water accumulation in fields and on roads. The meteorological department has predicted similar weather changes in the coming days, offering hope for further relief from the heat.
