Ethan Page defeated Chad Gable to win the WWE Intercontinental Championship during Monday's Raw, showcasing a well-executed match.

NEW DELHI, Nov 4: Ethan Page claimed the WWE Intercontinental Championship by defeating Chad Gable on Monday’s episode of Raw. This victory marks Page’s first title win on WWE’s main roster.
The match, which lasted 18 minutes, had a storyline buildup as Page had previously injured Gable’s neck. The finish involved Page pushing Gable into an exposed turnbuckle before executing his signature Egoplex move to secure the victory.
Gable’s reign as Intercontinental Champion ended after 92 days, during which he successfully defended the title four times. He won the championship by defeating Penta at SummerSlam and retained it against Rey Mysterio, Dragon Lee, and in a Triple Threat match on October 19.
Page’s victory represents a significant endorsement from WWE’s creative team, led by Triple H, affirming his successful transition from AEW to NXT. He is now the 96th wrestler to hold the Intercontinental title, marking the 193rd title switch in the championship’s history since its inception in 1979.
