Udaipur, January 29: Dr. Sunil Joshi has been appointed as the Acting Dean of the College of Technology and Engineering (CTAE), Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology (MPUAT). The university registrar issued an official order on Wednesday, entrusting Dr. Joshi with this additional responsibility.
Currently serving as the Director of Planning and Monitoring at MPUAT, Dr. Joshi brings with him over 30 years of experience in teaching and research. Previously, he held the position of Professor and Head of the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at CTAE.

A Renowned Expert in Wireless Communication and Robotics
Dr. Joshi has made significant contributions to the fields of wireless communication, IT sensors, and robotics. He has also played a key role in advancing digital technologies in agriculture, developing innovative solutions for enhanced precision farming and smart agricultural practices.
His research excellence in wireless communication has been widely recognized, with major projects supported by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India.
With his deep expertise and visionary leadership, Dr. Joshi’s appointment is expected to strengthen academic and research initiatives at CTAE, fostering technological advancements in agricultural engineering and beyond.
