DHFL raises funds worth Rs 1250 crore via NCDs

Dewan Housing Finance Corporation (DHFL) has raised funds worth Rs 1250 crore. The Members of the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors at their meeting held on November 2, 2018 allotted 12500 Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of face value Rs 10 lakh each.

DHFL is one of India’s premier housing finance companies and is among the oldest private sector Housing Finance Companies (HFC) in India. The company was established to enable access to affordable housing finance to the lower and middle income groups in semi-urban and rural parts of India.
