Casio Unveils G-Shock Watch with ASSC Collaboration

City, February 15: Casio has launched a new G-Shock DW6900 model in collaboration with the streetwear label Anti Social Social Club (ASSC). The watch, officially named DW6900ASSC25-7, is now available in the U.S. at a price of $170.

This release marks the second collaboration between G-Shock and ASSC, designed to maintain G-Shock’s renowned durability while incorporating stylistic elements reflective of ASSC’s fashion-forward identity. The watch features a translucent, frosted resin case and strap, providing a light, airy appearance while allowing a glimpse of the internal mechanisms.

The G-Shock DW6900ASSC25-7 retains the brand’s signature round bezel and robust structure, complete with large side buttons and a shock-resistant shell. The dial showcases a black base adorned with pink floral patterns, contrasting sharply with the transparent casing. The branding “Anti Social Social Club” is prominently displayed in bold white letters with pink outlining at the top of the dial.

The digital display includes all standard DW6900 functions such as timekeeping, date, stopwatch, alarms, and a countdown timer. Three circular sub-dials above the main digital screen add symmetry and visual depth. Notably, the standard “G” button has been replaced with a soft pink version, matching the floral accents, and activates an electro-luminescent backlight that reveals a hidden “Get Weird” logo, a nod to ASSC’s signature slogan.

The resin band features cherry blossom and butterfly graphics, maintaining a playful theme while ensuring security with a dependable metal buckle. The watch boasts 200-meter water resistance, a two-year battery life using a CR2016 battery, and a full auto-calendar extending until 2099. It also supports both 12-hour and 24-hour time formats.
