Byke Hospitality soars on planning addition of two new properties in Maharashtra

Byke Hospitality is currently trading at Rs. 19.75, up by 0.40 points or 2.07% from its previous closing of Rs. 19.35 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 18.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 19.75 and Rs. 18.20 respectively. So far 1001 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘B’ stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 81.00 on 22-Nov-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 14.80 on 23-Aug-2019.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 23.30 and Rs. 18.20 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 79.19 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 46.50%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 10.25% and 43.26% respectively.

Byke Hospitality is planning addition of two new Properties on Management Contract basis in Maharashtra. The properties are Byke Govinda Sai (32 Rooms) and Byke Classio Suites (36 Rooms) at Shirdi in the state of Maharashtra.
