The research focused on the development and evaluation of different techniques aimed at improving the solubility of anti-inflammatory drugs. The primary objectives included the selection of suitable solubility enhancement techniques, improvement of drug bioavailability, and evaluation of the safety and efficacy of the developed formulations.

During the course of his research, Basant Singh Rathore applied several techniques such as Solid Dispersion, Lyotropic Liquid Crystal, Hydrotropes and Nanoparticles to prepare various formulations of anti-inflammatory drugs. These formulations were systematically evaluated for solubility, bioavailability and therapeutic efficacy.

The findings of the research are expected to make a significant contribution to the development of more effective anti-inflammatory drugs, with the potential to enhance drug performance, reduce side effects and improve overall patient treatment outcomes.
