Essential Qualifications
For Both Positions
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (4 years) in Life Sciences, Pharma, Biomedical Sciences, or related fields; OR
- MBA in Entrepreneurship, Public Policy, or Public Health with a 3-year bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences.
Desirable Qualification
- Ph.D. in Life Sciences or related fields will be given preference.
Experience Requirements
- Associate Consultant
- 3–10 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 2 years in product/technology development or raising investments.
- Must have a proven track record in the startup ecosystem, preferably in biotechnology.
- Senior Consultant
- 11–19 years of post-qualification experience, with a minimum of 5 years in industry-related roles such as product development or mentoring in the startup ecosystem.
Age Limit
- Associate Consultant: Maximum 45 years
- Senior Consultant: Maximum 50 years
