Bajaj Auto has made its entire motorcycle range available on the e-commerce site Flipkart. Under this initiative of the company, the range of motorcycles with engine capacity from 100cc to 400cc will be available for online booking. With this initiative, customers will get a convenient experience in booking and buying bikes.
Popular models of Bajaj such as Bajaj Pulsar, Bajaj Dominar, Bajaj Avenger, Bajaj Platina, and Bajaj CT are included in this segment. These motorcycles will be available on Flipkart, with their ex-showroom prices ranging from Rs 69,000 to Rs 2.31 lakh.
Initially, this service will be available only in 25 cities in India. However, Bajaj has a plan to expand this service to more locations in the coming time. Apart from this, the company is also offering many special launch offers. Customers can avail benefits like instant discount of up to Rs 5,000, 12 months no-cost EMI option and special card offer on Flipkart for a limited time.
Bajaj once again emerged as the leader in two-wheeler exports in June 2024 with shipments of 1,26,439 units. However, this is a year-on-year decline compared to 1,27,357 units in June 2023. The company has witnessed growth in domestic motorcycle sales. Sales are expected to get a boost with the recent launch of the world’s first CNG motorcycle. In the domestic market, the company sold over 1.77 lakh units, which is more than 6 percent higher than the 1.66 lakh units sold in the same month last year.
