Apple’s latest entry-level smartphone, the iPhone 16e, is now available for pre-order in 59 countries and regions, just two days after its official unveiling. Customers in Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, South Korea, Türkiye, the UAE, the UK, and the US can now secure their device ahead of the February 28 release date.

Powerful Internals, Classic Design
The iPhone 16e is powered by a binned A18 chipset, featuring the same CPU as the standard iPhone 16 but with a slightly reduced GPU. It also introduces Apple’s first in-house C1 modem, bringing satellite connectivity for Emergency SOS, Roadside Assistance, Messages, and Find My via Satellite.
Despite its modern internals, the iPhone 16e closely resembles the iPhone 14 on the front, retaining the wide notch, while its single-camera setup at the back is reminiscent of the iPhone XR and previous iPhone SE models.
