Advait Energy Transitions Gains 2.75% as Subsidiary Signs ₹1,450 Crore MoU with Gujarat Government

Mumbai, October 13 : Shares of Advait Energy Transitions Ltd surged over 2.7% in early trade on Monday after its subsidiary, Advait Greenergy Pvt. Ltd. (AGPL), entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Gujarat. The agreement, signed on October 10, 2025, during the Vibrant Gujarat Regional Conference held in Mehsana, marks a major step in the company’s renewable energy expansion strategy.

MoU Details

Under the MoU, Advait Greenergy plans to set up two green energy projects in Gujarat, with a combined investment of ₹1,450 crore. The Government of Gujarat will support AGPL in obtaining necessary permissions, approvals, and clearances under state regulations to facilitate the project rollout.

The collaboration aligns with Gujarat’s vision of boosting clean energy investments under the Vibrant Gujarat Initiative, aimed at promoting industrial development and sustainable energy generation in the state.
