Aarti Industries gets nod to raise funds worth Rs 750 crore

Aarti Industries has received approval to raise funds by way of issue of equity shares or any other instruments or security including fully/partly convertible debentures or by way of a composite issue of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs), through qualified institutions placement, private placement/public issue of equity/ debt securities, preferential issue or through any other permissible mode and/ or combination aggregate amount of upto Rs 750 crore.

The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 01, 2018 has approved the same.
