Earlier,at Kushalgarh, Raje held a JanSamvad program and interacted with the people to know about their problems concerning with various state departments. Some peasants complained about erratic power supply in the area. Raje instructed the officers to call up Sarpanchs and enquire about the power availability in villages. Most of the sarpanchs informed that 6 hours of power supply is being received through three-phase connections while the two phase consumers receive upto 22 hours of supply everyday. Raje instructed the authorities to make sure that farmers do not face any power related issues in the area. Addressing the gathering, Raje said that the BJP government has been the first to focus on the area of health and medical facilities in the region.
“It would be the first time when 5medical colleges would be inaugurated in the state and the proposed medical college at Dungarpur would cater to the needs of the needy population residing in Banswara, Dungarpur and adjoining Pratapgarh areas.Raje also sought progress reports of various schemes like Bhamashah yojana, Rajshree, Pension scheme for the differently-abled, Palanhar yojana, Pradhanmantri housing schemes etc and interacted with the beneficiaries of these schemes to know about their proper implementation. Raje also dedicated newly constructed public offices in the area including power supply office, police station and a tehsil office.
