60+ Trains to Be Affected in Rajasthan in April

Jaipur, March 6 (Udaipur Kiran): More than 60 trains operating under the North Western Railway will be affected between April 14 and April 30 due to double line work between Churu and Sadulpur in the Bikaner division.

Udaipur–Chandigarh Train

According to Chief Public Relations Officer Amit Sudarshan, the double line project is being carried out between Dudhwa Khara, Hadyal, Dokwa, and Sadulpur stations. For this work, the railway will take an automatic signalling block, which will impact train operations on this route.

During this period, 14 trains will remain fully cancelled, 22 trains will be partially cancelled, 29 trains will run on diverted routes, and two trains will operate with revised timings.

Partially Cancelled Trains

Several trains will operate only on partial routes during the work period.

  • Bikaner–Hisar (14897): From April 14 to April 29, the train will run only up to Ratangarh and remain partially cancelled between Ratangarh and Hisar.

  • Hisar–Bikaner (14898): From April 15 to April 30, it will run from Ratangarh instead of Hisar.

  • Jodhpur–Hisar (14891): From April 14 to April 29, it will run only up to Churu.

  • Hisar–Jodhpur (14892): From April 15 to April 30, the train will originate from Churu instead of Hisar.

  • Ludhiana–Churu (54604): From April 14 to April 29, it will run only up to Hisar.

  • Churu–Ludhiana (54605): From April 15 to April 30, it will start from Hisar instead of Churu.

  • Jaipur–Bathinda (54704): From April 25 to April 28, the train will run only up to Loharu.

  • Bathinda–Jaipur (54703): From April 26 to April 29, it will originate from Loharu.

  • Jodhpur–Rewari (14823): On April 15, it will run only up to Loharu.

  • Rewari–Sikar (54804): On April 15, it will run from Loharu instead of Rewari.

  • Kota–Sirsa (19807): On April 14 and April 26, it will operate only up to Loharu.

  • Sirsa–Kota (19808): On April 15 and April 27, it will start from Loharu instead of Sirsa.

  • Kota–Sirsa (19813): On April 25 and April 27, it will run only up to Churu.

  • Sirsa–Kota (19814): On April 26 and April 28, it will run from Churu instead of Sirsa.

  • Bandra Terminus–Hisar (22915): On April 27, it will run only up to Churu.

  • Hisar–Bandra Terminus (22916): On April 28, it will start from Churu instead of Hisar.

  • Hanumangarh–Sadulpur (04776): From April 25 to April 28, it will run only up to Suratpura.

  • Sadulpur–Hanumangarh (04775): From April 25 to April 28, it will run from Suratpura instead of Sadulpur.

  • Sri Ganganagar–Sadulpur (54764): On April 15 and from April 25 to April 28, it will run only up to Suratpura.

  • Sadulpur–Sri Ganganagar (54763): On April 15 and from April 25 to April 28, it will run from Suratpura instead of Sadulpur.

  • Delhi–Hisar (54309): From April 15 to April 29, the train will run only up to Rewari.

  • Hisar–Delhi (54310): From April 16 to April 30, it will originate from Rewari instead of Hisar.

Trains to Run on Diverted Routes

A total of 29 trains will operate on diverted routes during this period. These include trains such as Lalgarh–Prayagraj (20404), Prayagraj–Lalgarh (20403), Rameswaram–Firozpur (20497), Lalgarh–Delhi Sarai (22471), Delhi Sarai–Lalgarh (22472), Delhi Sarai–Jodhpur (22421), Barmer–Howrah (12324), Sri Ganganagar–Tilak Bridge (14727), Tilak Bridge–Sri Ganganagar (14728), Hisar–Hyderabad (17019), Hyderabad–Hisar (17020) and several others.

These trains will run through alternative routes including stations such as Ringas, Rewari, Hisar, Bhiwani, Narnaul, Neem Ka Thana, Phulera, Makrana, Degana, Jaipur, Alwar, and Bandikui, with scheduled halts at several of these stations.

Rescheduled Trains

Two trains will also operate with revised timings from their originating stations.

  • Jodhpur–Rewari (14823): On April 15, the train will depart from Jodhpur four hours later than its scheduled time.

  • Bikaner–Delhi Cantt Vande Bharat (26471): From April 16 to April 25, the train will depart from Bikaner one hour and thirty minutes later than its scheduled time.

Railway authorities have advised passengers to check updated train schedules before travelling during this period.
