Udaipur : On Sunday, Sukher Police Station arrested 5 miscreants who carried out a life-threatening attack due to a rivalry. SHO Himanshu Singh Rajawat said that the complainant, Sushma Giri Goswami, wife of Ashok Giri Goswami, resident of Jhinirata, had filed a report at the police station on March 8, 2024.
In which it was reported that on March 7, her son Umesh Giri Goswami had gone to Eklingji for darshan on the occasion of Shivratri festival with his friend Vishal Bharti. Then, at around 11:30 PM, her son Umesh Giri called her daughter Jagriti and told her that 5 to 7 boys had beaten him and stabbed him at Bhuwana intersection. After which, the complainant Sushma Giri Goswami rushed to Bhuwana intersection with her husband. Her son Umesh Giri, who was lying injured, was taken to the hospital.
The complainant said that Vijay Borana, Shivum Nayak, Sidhal alias Sanu, Rishabh Gurjar, Rohit alias RDX, Dhruv Suhalka, Sanjay Suthar, Amandeep Sardar and his associates had attacked her son with knives with the intention of murder. After this, the police took action and arrested 5 accused.
The accused had said, “We will kill him as soon as we get a chance.”
The SHO said that the accused Ronak Rajpal had eloped with the complainant’s daughter 1 month ago. He had married her in a love marriage. The complainant and her son opposed this. Due to this opposition, on February 26, 2024, the complainant and her son went to the house of the accused Ronak Rajpal. Where they had a fight with Ronak.
In this regard, the family of Ronak Rajpal had filed a report against the complainant and her son Umesh Giri at Hiran Magri police station. Then, at the behest of Ronak, his friends Dhruv and Rohit alias RDX had threatened the complainant’s son that they would kill him as soon as they got a chance. It was under this rivalry that the accused attacked Umesh Giri.

SHO Himanshu Singh said that the accused Ronak son of Mahesh Rajpal resident of Panerio ki Madri, Rishabh Gurjar son of Ramchand Gurjar resident of Neemuch Mata, Kavya alias Shanu son of Pannalal resident of Gajsingh Ji ki Badi, Vijay alias Bhima son of Kailash Chand Teli resident of Brahmapole and Shivam son of Nanalal Nayak resident of Neemuch Mata have been arrested.
