The accused, Imtiyaz Ansari, Haider Ali, Mujib Ullah, Omair Siddiqui and Azharuddin Qureishi, were found guilty and convicted on May 25 by Special NIA judge Manoj Kumar Sinha. The court was convinced that the intention was to cause heavy casualties and maximum punishment under the law followed.
