Three youths Akshay, Suresh and Ashish were brought to the civil hospital for treatment by the Kotwali police station  on monday midnight. The youths told the reporters that police had caught the three of them in separate cases and were torturing them for getting confession. One of the youth Suresh said that he had met with an accident at Lodha and his gold chain was broken.

People took him to be a thief and informed the police which brought him to the station and have been torturing him since.
