City, February 15: The Xiaomi 17 Ultra has made its debut in the DxOMark rankings, securing a spot among the leading camera phones available today. With a score of 166 points, it currently holds the 6th position overall.
DxOMark praises the device for its well-balanced photography capabilities across various focal lengths, from ultra-wide to telephoto zoom, ensuring consistent performance. The review highlights natural subject exposure, rich detail, and stable white balance in most scenarios, with accurate color reproduction and controlled noise even in low-light conditions.
The phone is equipped with impressive hardware, featuring a 50MP main camera with an f/1.7 aperture and dual-pixel phase detection autofocus. Additionally, it includes a 50MP ultra-wide camera and a standout 200MP telephoto lens, which offers a variable aperture and significant optical zoom capabilities.
In terms of photo performance, the Xiaomi 17 Ultra received a commendable 170 points from DxOMark, with the main camera scoring 171 points, bokeh at 175, ultra-wide at 160, and zoom at 169 points.
