According to a Weibo post by a digital chat channel tipster, the Xiaomi 15, Oppo Find X8 and Vivo X200 could be launched in October. The phones have 1.5K displays and compact designs, suggesting they are entry-level models rather than the more expensive “Pro” or “Ultra” versions, which tend to be larger.

The emoji used in the Weibo post suggests that the Xiaomi 15 will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 SoC, while the Oppo Find X8 and Vivo X200 may carry the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 chipset.Meanwhile, the tipster also suggested that the Oppo and Vivo phones can also be telephoto lenses with periscopes.

According to the above report, the Xiaomi 15 Pro and Vivo X200 Pro may launch with their vanilla versions. They can come with Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 and MediaTek Dimensity chipsets.

On the other hand, the Oppo X8 Ultra may launch in China in early 2025 with Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 SoC and support for satellite connectivity. By the end of 2024, several smartphones from other brands such as the OnePlus 13 Pro, Redmi K80 Pro, Realme GT 6 Pro, and iQoo 13 are expected to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 SoC.
