Vivo Pad 3 Alleged Geekbench Listing Suggests MediaTek Dimensity 9300 SoC, 16GB RAM

Vivo Pad 3 is said to have been spotted on the Geekbench website, suggesting that the Android tablet may be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 chipset. The listing mentioned a few other possible specs for the rumored tablet, including Android 14 and 16GB of internal storage. The Vivo Pad 3 is expected to launch alongside the Vivo X Fold 3. It is believed to be the successor to last year’s Vivo Pad 2.

A Vivo tablet with model number PA2473 has been spotted on benchmarking website Geekbench and is believed to be the model number for the upcoming Vivo Pad 3. The listing reveals that the tablet has 16GB of RAM and Android 14 operating system. It achieved 2,223 points in the single-core test and 7,547 points in the multi-core test.

According to this listing, the Vivo Pad 3 is equipped with a processor with a maximum CPU frequency of 3.25 GHz. 3 cores are limited to 2.85 GHz and 4 cores are limited to 2.00 GHz. These CPU speeds are associated with the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 SoC.

The presence of 16GB of RAM and the Dimensity 9300 SoC are significant improvements compared to last year’s Vivo Pad 2. The previous model featured a MediaTek Dimensity 9000 SoC and up to 12GB of RAM.

The Vivo Pad 2 was launched at a starting price of RMB 2,499 (approximately Rs 29,800) for the base variant with 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage.

It runs Android 13-based OriginOS 3 and features a 12.1-inch 2.8K LCD display with a 144Hz refresh rate. Its main camera is 13 megapixels and the macro camera is 2 megapixels. It has an 8-megapixel front camera for selfies and video calls. The tablet is powered by a 10,000mAh battery and supports 44W fast charging.
