Udaipur, July 24: Venkateshwar College of Nursing, Udaipur, organised a SWAYAM (Study Webs of Active Learning for Young Aspiring Minds) Portal Awareness Programme to familiarise students with the Government of India’s online learning platform and its opportunities for digital education and skill development.

Students Informed About Online Learning Opportunities
The programme aimed to create awareness about the SWAYAM portal, which offers free online courses developed by leading educational institutions across the country. Organisers said the platform enables students to enhance their academic knowledge and professional skills through flexible digital learning.
Registration and Credit Transfer Explained
During the seminar, Nodal Officer Devarshi Mehta provided detailed information on the SWAYAM portal’s registration process, available online courses, credit transfer facility, certificate issuance process and the importance of digital education.
University Officials Lead the Programme
The programme was led by Sai Tirupati University Registrar Dr Devendra Jain, Deputy Registrar Dr Kanupriya Tiwari, Principal Dr Vijay Singh Rawat, Devarshi Mehta and Dr Geetanjali Sharma.
Among those present were Dr Chandra Prakash Dekhawat, Maheshwari Patel, Sandeep Chaudhary, Tanveer Khan and Giriraj Charan.
