Vande Bharat Express to Halt at Pitambara Dham Datia Station from May 13

Jhansi, May 12, 2025 — In a welcome move for devotees and daily commuters, Indian Railways has announced that the Vande Bharat Express (Train No. 22469/22470) running between Khajuraho and Hazrat Nizamuddin will now halt at Pitambara Dham Datia Railway Station on an experimental basis starting May 13, 2025.

The decision aims to enhance passenger convenience and regional connectivity, especially for those traveling to the religious site Pitambara Dham, a prominent pilgrimage center in Datia, Madhya Pradesh.

According to railway authorities, the revised stoppage timings for the Vande Bharat Express are as follows:

🟦 Train No. 22469 – Khajuraho to Hazrat Nizamuddin

  • Datia Station: 18:42 hrs – 18:44 hrs

  • Gwalior Station: 19:28 hrs – 19:33 hrs

🟥 Train No. 22470 – Hazrat Nizamuddin to Khajuraho

  • Datia Station: 09:59 hrs – 10:01 hrs

  • Virangana Lakshmibai Jhansi Station: 10:30 hrs – 10:35 hrs

🕒 Related Changes in Other Trains

Due to adjustments in Vande Bharat’s schedule, the Agra Cantt – Virangana Lakshmibai Jhansi Express (Train No. 11902) will now halt at Karari Station from 10:13 hrs to 10:14 hrs, as per the revised timetable.
