Udaipur Police Reshuffle: Mukul Sharma Appointed ASP (Rural), 36 CIs Transferred Across District

Udaipur: The Rajasthan Government has carried out a major administrative reshuffle in the police department, transferring 49 Additional Superintendents of Police (ASPs) across the state. As part of the exercise, Mukul Sharma has been transferred from Chittorgarh and posted as Additional Superintendent of Police (Rural), Udaipur.

Several changes have also been made within Udaipur district. According to the transfer orders, Rajat Bishnoi has been shifted from the Women Crime Investigation Cell, Rajsamand, and appointed as ASP Kherwara. Roshanlal Patel has been transferred from the Udaipur Development Authority to the Maharana Pratap Battalion RAC, Pratapgarh, as Deputy Commandant.

Among other changes, Manjeet Singh has been moved from Kherwara MBC to the Women Crime Investigation Cell, Udaipur. Anjana Sukhwal, who was serving as ASP Kherwara, has been posted to the Police Counselling and Assistance Centre, Udaipur. Madhuri Verma has been shifted from the Women Crime Investigation Cell to serve as Commandant, PTS Kherwara.

In a separate order, the Director General of Police also transferred 61 Police Inspectors across Rajasthan, including several postings and station house officer (SHO) appointments in Udaipur district.
