According to the information, the maximum number of passengers in the Yog Nagri Rishikesh Express, which runs between Udaipur and Haridwar, are those who take sleeper and general tickets. This train is running with only 16 coaches. If the number of coaches is increased to 22 to provide relief to the passengers, the revenue of the Railways will also increase. There is a continuous demand to make this train, which runs three days a week, daily. However, the railway officials are not paying much attention to this.
Coach Category: At present, the 16 coaches in the train to Haridwar include sleeper coach-5, second AC-1, third AC-4, economy third AC-1, coach general-3, SLRD-1 and power car-1. If the number of coaches in the train is increased to 22, six coaches can be directly used to seat passengers. Among these, there is the highest demand for sleepers. Increasing its number by 4 and the number of general coaches by 2 will provide great relief to the passengers, while the Railways will also get the benefit of revenue.
