Udaipur : In a tragic incident, two young boys who went to bath in a pond were drowned near Udaipur city on sunday. Both of them were friends and studied in the same class, they had gone for a hair-cut in the evening and not returned home since. Their families searched for them overnight and were shocked to find their bodies in the pond onmonday morning.Bhart (15 )so Mangilal Dangi resident of Amberi and Kamlesh (15) so Vardichand of Manpura had gone together to a saloon for a haircut. Their respective families were tensed when both the boys didnt return home till night. Family members launched a search operation, however, could find not news of them until in the morning when villagers spotted two pair of chappals and clothes near the pond. Sukher police was informed and before the rescue team arrived, some of the youths jumped into the water and pulled out both the bodies. The boys had perhaps thought of taking a bath in the pond after the haircut and were drowned by getting into deep waters, police said. Both were students of class 9 in a private school at Sapetiya. Grief struck the locality as people were informed of the tragedy.
