Udaipur, April 23, 2026 (Udaipur Kiran): A tree plantation programme was organised at Sai Tirupati University, Umarda, on the occasion of World Earth Day to promote environmental awareness and green initiatives.
The event was conducted jointly by the National Service Scheme (NSS) unit of the university and Venkateshwar Institute of Pharmacy. The primary objective was to encourage environmental conservation and contribute towards building a greener campus.
NSS volunteers actively participated in the plantation drive and spread awareness about protecting the environment. Faculty members, NSS coordinators, and students from various departments were present during the programme.
