The workshop is being held in two groups: a junior group for ages 8 to 12, and a senior group for ages 13 to 25.

Training Led by Theatre Experts

On the first day, students were introduced to the basics of drama, key theatrical techniques, and the “Navaras” — the nine classical emotions fundamental to Indian performing arts.

The inaugural session was attended by several WZCC officials, including:

  • Pawan Amarawat (Deputy Director, Programmes)

  • Durgesh Chandwani (Assistant Director, Finance & Accounts)
