Tech Mahindra has received an approval for Merger by Absorption of Tech Mahindra Growth Factories (hereinafter collectively referred as the Transferor Company), a wholly owned subsidiary company with itself (the Company or Transferee Company) and their respective Shareholders. The Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on October 29-30, 2018, approved the same.Tech Mahindra is a leading provider of solutions and services to the telecommunications industry with a majority stake owned by Mahindra & Mahindra. The company, since 2002 has operations in China with offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing and Guangzhou.
