Mumbai, February 25: The trailer for the much-anticipated film ‘Dhurdhar-2’ is set to release soon, ahead of its theatrical debut on March 19. However, the film has already faced accusations of propaganda since its announcement.
In this context, veteran actor Shatrughan Sinha has lauded the film, calling it a masterpiece. He emphasized that every scene in the movie is exceptional, and labeling such a remarkable work as propaganda is misguided.
Sinha, known for his selective praise of films, took to social media platform X to commend each character in ‘Dhurdhar’. He remarked that the film is beautifully and authentically crafted, with each character telling their own story.
He wrote, “Wow! I just watched the most talked-about film, an extraordinary creation! ‘Dhurdhar’. What kind of ‘propaganda film’ is this? A film is simply a film. This is a great movie, incredibly interesting, entertaining, and made with utmost sincerity. The sets in Bangkok, Thailand (depicting Pakistan) are also beautifully and realistically designed.”
Sinha wholeheartedly praised the talented cast and crew who contributed to making the film a visual delight. He stated, “All the artists have delivered outstanding performances. Ranveer Singh fits perfectly in this role, and I don’t think anyone else could have played it better. Sanjay Dutt and Akshay Khanna have carved out extraordinary identities on screen. Most notably, our dear friend Rakesh Bedi has won our hearts with an amazing and splendid role that only he could portray.”
Additionally, Sinha acknowledged the film’s director, Aditya Dhar. Since its release, ‘Dhurdhar’ has consistently received acclaim from critics and prominent figures alike.
