Udaipur, May 27 (Udaipur Kiran) – Rajasthan Police investigation has revealed that the accused arrested by Sukher police in a flat burglary case used to travel by flight to carry out theft operations in different cities.

According to police, the accused, identified as Mohammad Salim Qureshi alias Munna Bhai, was arrested from Kakinada in Andhra Pradesh in connection with a flat theft case reported in December 2025 at Roop Madhuvan Apartment under Sukher police station limits.
Police said the accused was a habitual criminal and used to travel by air for committing thefts along with his associates. During investigation, it was found that more than 250 criminal cases related to burglary and assault are registered against him in different states across the country.
The accused allegedly targeted locked houses and flats by breaking locks and stealing valuables including gold and silver jewellery.
The action was carried out under the directions of Udaipur Superintendent of Police Dr. Amrita Duhan and under the supervision of senior police officers.
