Mumbai, June 16: Shiv Sena spokesperson Sanjay Nirupam has made a bold claim regarding the future of Shiv Sena (UBT), stating that the organization is gradually weakening and may completely cease to exist by 2029. He attributed this decline to the party leadership, citing a lack of communication with workers, arrogance, and sluggishness within the leadership. According to him, the leadership operates in a ‘work from home’ mode, leading to deep dissatisfaction and unrest among party workers.
In response to the influx of new members into the party, Shiv Sena’s national spokesperson Shaina NC emphasized that there is no need for speculation. She asserted that the party’s sole mission is ‘Operation Pragati’ and claimed that the popularity of Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde is on the rise, with many people joining the party daily.
Amidst these developments, UBT MP Bhausaheb Wakchoure addressed the ongoing speculation surrounding ‘Operation Tiger’ related to UBT MPs, stating, “I stand with UBT. These speculations have been ongoing for the past year. I do not know why they are circulating. Today, I stand with UBT.”
Additionally, Sanjay Nirupam commented on Prime Minister Modi receiving Slovakia’s highest civilian honor, stating that Modi has established himself as a reliable and popular leader not only in India but globally. He highlighted Modi’s significant role in global politics and geopolitical matters, which he believes led Slovakia to honor him with its highest national award.
Nirupam also targeted Congress and Rahul Gandhi regarding the India Block, noting that the major coalition partner DMK has raised questions about Congress’s policies and particularly Gandhi’s approach. He accused Rahul Gandhi of deliberately attempting to weaken allied parties, labeling him as unreliable.
