The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is expected to launch in early 2025 alongside the Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25 Plus. Although the expected launch schedule for the flagship model is still far away, a lot of news and rumors about the device have surfaced on the internet. A series of renders were recently leaked, allegedly showing the Galaxy S25 Ultra’s design as well as some specifications. Compared to the Galaxy S24 Ultra, it features a flatter design.
Tipster @OnLeaks teamed up with AndroidHeadlines to reveal renders of the Galaxy S25 Ultra design. What is said to be a computer-aided design (CAD) rendering shows a more rounded design with smooth sides, similar to the design language of the new Pixel 9 and iPhone models.
The renders show the Galaxy S25 Ultra with narrow bezels and a punch-hole design for the front camera. There are four cameras on the back with LED flash. The sensors are all shown in black, which makes this approach different from the previous one.

As for optics, the Galaxy S25 Ultra has a 50MP ISOCELL JN3 ultra-wide sensor, a 200MP H2 main camera, a 50MP IMX584 telephoto sensor with 5x optical zoom and a 50MP IMX584 optical telephoto sensor. The Zoom is reportedly equipped with a 10-megapixel IMX754 telephoto sensor. enlargement
The Galaxy S25 Ultra is said to be lighter than the Galaxy S24 Ultra at 219 grams. The Galaxy S24 Ultra weighs 232 grams. It is 8.2 mm thick, 162.8 mm high and 77.6 mm wide.
The announcement of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is scheduled for January next year. It is likely to be powered by the 4th generation Snapdragon 8 processor and may have AI-based features. It is said to come with 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.1 storage. This phone can have a 5000mAh battery with 45W fast charging.
The Galaxy S25 Ultra is said to come with an S Pen and an under-display fingerprint sensor. It is likely to have an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance as well as satellite connectivity.
