A Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra with 12GB of RAM has been spotted on Geekbench, revealing some key specifications of the upcoming flagship smartphone.
The Geekbench listing shows that the Galaxy S24 Ultra will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor and will run Android 14. The device scored 2,234 points in the single-core test and 6,807 points in the multi-core test. These scores are significantly higher than the scores of the Galaxy S23 Ultra, which is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2.
The Geekbench listing also confirms that the Galaxy S24 Ultra will have 12GB of RAM. This is the same amount of RAM that is available in the Galaxy S23 Ultra. However, it is possible that Samsung will offer a higher-end model of the Galaxy S24 Ultra with 16GB of RAM.
Other rumored specifications of the Galaxy S24 Ultra include a 6.8-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a quad-camera system with a 200MP main sensor, and a 5,000mAh battery with support for 45W fast charging.
The Galaxy S24 Ultra is expected to be released in early 2024.
