Mumbai, December 5 (Udaipur Kiran): Shares of RNIT AI Solutions Ltd surged on Friday after the company executed an agreement with the Department of Legal Metrology, Government of Andhra Pradesh. The stock was trading at Rs 58.34 on the BSE, up by 1.58 points or 2.78 per cent from its previous close of Rs 56.76.

The scrip opened at Rs 57.90 and touched an intraday high of Rs 60.00 and a low of Rs 57.61. A total of 57,870 shares were traded on the counter during the session.
The BSE Group ‘X’ stock, with a face value of Rs 10, had touched a 52-week high of Rs 71.00 on November 11, 2025, and a 52-week low of Rs 42.57 on October 30, 2025. Over the last one week, the stock moved between a high of Rs 62.00 and a low of Rs 52.40. The company’s current market capitalisation stands at Rs 440.15 crore.
Promoter holding in RNIT AI Solutions stands at 73.74 per cent, while institutional and non-institutional investors hold 0.06 per cent and 26.19 per cent, respectively.
RNIT AI Solutions has executed an agreement with the Department of Legal Metrology, Government of Andhra Pradesh, securing a new project under its e-governance portfolio. This marks the company’s first engagement with the Legal Metrology Department.
The agreement covers the design, development and deployment of an AI-enabled digital platform to digitise workflows, licensing, verification and inspection processes. It also includes dashboards, MIS reporting, payment integration, stakeholder logins, database management, alerts and notifications, along with the development of web and mobile applications.
The agreement provides for a development period of two months, followed by a maintenance and support period of five years. The project strengthens RNIT’s capabilities in delivering AI-enabled compliance and workflow automation solutions for Government departments.
