Udaipur : In a landmark decision passed against a hotelier company, a revenue court in Udaipur city ordered to remove the encroachment on the government pasteur land attached to the Island resort on Baba Magra at Jaisamand Lake in Sarada block. The resort is owned by SilverShadow Exports pvt ltd that had reportedly encroached on a government land attached to its island resort’s land on Jaisamand lake.

“The company had constructed a swimming pool and a garden on the encroached land and claimed the portion to be under  their ownership.
