Redmi Turbo 3 was launched in China with a significant upgrade over last year’s Redmi Note 12 Turbo. The new model is equipped with the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chip and runs on Xiaomi’s HyperOS interface. This screen is equipped with an OLED display with a resolution of 1.5K and a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz. The phone has a 50MP Sony LYT-600 main camera on the back. Redmi Turbo 3 packs a 5,000mAh battery with 90W wired fast charging support. In addition to the standard model, Xiaomi also introduced the limited edition Harry Potter Redmi Turbo 3.

Redmi Turbo 3 price

The Redmi Turbo 3 is priced at CNY 1,999 (approximately Rs. 23,000) for the 12GB + 256GB variant and CNY 2,299 (approximately Rs. 26,450) for the 12GB + 512GB variant. Meanwhile, the 16GB + 512GB model costs CNY 2,499 (approximately Rs. 28,000), while the top-end 16GB + 1TB model costs CNY 2,799 (approximately Rs. 32,000). It is currently available for pre-sale in China in Ice Titanium, Green Blade and Mozine (Black) colors. This device will be sold starting April 15th.

The dual-SIM Redmi Turbo 3 (Nano) runs on Xiaomi’s HyperOS interface and features a 6.7-inch 1.5K display (1220 x 2712 pixels) with a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz, HDR10+, Dolby Vision support and 2400 nits brightness. It has a high-resolution OLED screen. . This device supports the 3rd generation 4nm Snapdragon 8s chipset with up to 16GB LPPDDR5x RAM and up to 1TB UFS 4.0 internal storage.

Coming to the optics, the Redmi Turbo 3 features a dual rear camera unit with a 50-megapixel Sony LYT 600 sensor with f/1.59 aperture optical image stabilization (OIS) and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide -Camera. There is a 20 megapixel front camera for selfies and video chats.

Connectivity options on the Redmi Turbo 3 include 5G, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, Galileo, GLONASS, Beidou and a USB Type-C port. Built-in sensors include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, electronic compass, gyroscope, infrared remote control, ultrasonic distance sensor and X-axis linear motor. Additionally, this phone has an under-display fingerprint sensor and supports face unlock. The phone also features stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support and is IP64 dust and splash resistant.

Redmi Turbo 3 packs a 5000mAh battery with 90W fast charging support. The fast charging technology is said to provide up to 13 hours of short video playback time on a single charge. The dimensions of this phone are 160 x 74.4 x 7.8 mm and its weight is 179 grams.
