Redmi Pad SE 4G India Launch Date Set for July 29; Design, Colour Options Teased

The Redmi Pad SE 4G is expected to arrive in India soon. This company has announced the release date of the 4G version of this tablet in the country. We have also revealed the design, color options and some key features of the upcoming product. The phone joins the Wi-Fi variant of the Redmi Pad SE that was launched in the country in April this year and comes with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 680 chipset and an 11-inch LCD display. The design of the 4G version appears to be slightly different from the existing model.

The Redmi Pad SE 4G will launch in India on July 29th. The tablet’s live microsite confirms that it supports up to 128GB of internal storage. It is also confirmed to have an HD display and Dolby Atmos compatible sound.

The rear camera module design of the upcoming Redmi Pad SE 4G is different from the existing Wi-Fi version. The latter comes with a rectangular camera unit, while the 4G version appears to have a circular rear camera module. There is an extendable strap on the back of the tablet that can be used as a clamp or stand.

According to the promotional images, the Redmi Pad SE 4G is available in blue and green. We expect to learn more about upcoming variants in the coming days.

Features of Redmi Pad SE 4G (Expected)

The Redmi Pad SE 4G was previously spotted on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) website and IMEI database and is also listed on the FCC certification page. The listings reveal that the tablet with model number 24076RP19I features an 8.7-inch display and runs on Xiaomi’s Android 14-based HyperOS 1.0. It is also planned to support Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity.

The Wi-Fi-only Redmi Pad SE (Review) was launched in the country in April this year. The selling price started at 100 Toman. The 4GB + 128GB option was priced at Rs 12,999 and the 6GB + 128GB and 8GB + 128GB variants were priced at Rs 12,999. 13,999 Rs 14,999 each. It is powered by a 6nm octa-core Snapdragon 680 chipset and features an 11-inch 90Hz WUXGA LCD display. It runs MIUI Pad 14 based on Android 13 and has an 8-megapixel camera on the back and a 5-megapixel camera on the front. The tablet is powered by an 8000mAh battery and supports 10W wired charging.
