Realme teases a new smartphone series in India, to come with powerful performance

Realme is gearing up to launch a new series of smartphones in India. The news comes days after the company launched the Realme 12X 5G in the country.

In the recipient message Although the teaser does not reveal the name or specifications of the new series, there is a possibility that the company will launch the new series in the country. In addition to the C and No series smartphones, the GT series can also be found on the company’s official Indian website.

Rumors suggest that the Realme GT 6 could be part of the new series as the device was recently spotted on several certification websites, including Geekbench, the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) and the US Federal Communications Commission (FCC).

The alleged listings suggest that the Realme GT 6 will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC paired with 16GB of RAM. The smartphone is expected to run Android 14 and has a 50-megapixel main camera with f/1.8 aperture. It also packs a 5,500mAh battery that supports 120W fast wired charging.

Realme’s announcement of the new series follows the successful launch of the Realme 12X 5G earlier this week. The Realme 12X 5G features a 6.72-inch Full HD+ IPS LCD display with 120Hz refresh rate, MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ SoC, 50MP dual rear cameras and a 5000mAh SuperVOCW wired battery. Realme 12X 5G is priced at 11,999.
