Realme will launch the Realme P2 Pro in India on September 13th. While we wait for the official announcement, the next P-series smartphone seems to have surfaced on benchmarking website Geekbench. The Realme P2 Pro runs on an octa-core Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 SoC. The successor to the Realme P1 Pro features a 120Hz AMOLED display and supports 80W charging. In Japan, it will be sold via Flipkart.

A Realme phone with model number RMX3987 has surfaced on the Geekbench website. The listing, dated September 6, is believed to be for the Realme P2 Pro. According to this list, this device scored 866 points in the single-core test and 2811 points in the multi-core test.
The listing also reveals that the Realme P2 Pro will use an octa-core chipset codenamed “Parrot”. This chipset has four cores clocked at 2.40 GHz and four cores clocked at 1.96 GHz. The mentioned codename and CPU speed suggest that the RMX3987 is powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chip. According to the listing, the phone has 11.14GB of RAM, which could be converted to 12GB on paper. It may also come with Android 14.
The Realme P2 Pro 5G will launch on September 13 at 12:00 PM IST. It will be available for purchase on the e-commerce website alongside the official Realme India website.
Realme hasn’t revealed the exact specifications of the Realme P2 Pro yet, but it has confirmed that it will come with a 120Hz curved AMOLED display and support for 80W charging. It will be available in green color with dual rear cameras.
The rest of the specifications are likely to be similar to those of the Realme P1 Pro. The latter was launched at a price of Rs. 19,999 for the 8GB + 128GB RAM and storage variant.
