Ghaziabad, June 28: Acharya Pramod Krishnam, the head of Kalki Dham and a prominent religious leader, has expressed strong concerns regarding the alleged embezzlement in donations for the Ram Mandir. He stated that merely resigning is not enough; a fair investigation by the CBI is essential. This issue is deeply connected to the faith, devotion, and trust of millions of Ram devotees, making it crucial to uncover the truth.
In an exclusive conversation, Acharya Pramod Krishnam emphasized that the controversy surrounding the Ram Mandir is not just about financial irregularities but is an affront to the sentiments of millions. He highlighted that the faith and trust of countless individuals are tied to Lord Shri Ram. If any form of fraud or theft has occurred in the donations, it is a grave sin. Therefore, the public demands a completely impartial investigation to clarify the matter.
He raised questions about who assisted those allegedly involved in the scam, where the funds have gone, and who else might be implicated. These questions continue to linger in the minds of Ram devotees. Answers can only be provided if the investigation is entrusted to an agency that all parties can trust.
Regarding the Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, Acharya Pramod Krishnam stated that all members should step down from their positions until the investigation is complete, taking moral responsibility. If only a few individuals are held accountable while others are given a clean chit, it will raise doubts about the investigation’s fairness. The entire trust should separate itself on moral grounds until the investigation concludes to avoid any suspicion regarding the process.
Appealing to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for intervention, Acharya Pramod Krishnam expressed that millions of people trust that no one guilty of any alleged scam related to the Ram Mandir will escape justice under his leadership. He urged the Prime Minister to direct that the investigation be handed over to the CBI to maintain public confidence.
In response to accusations from opposition parties, Acharya Pramod Krishnam remarked that the Samajwadi Party, Congress, and other opposition groups have no connection to the faith surrounding the Ram Mandir. The opposition has consistently opposed the Ram Mandir. It is crucial for all members of the trust to resign to ensure a transparent and credible investigation, preventing the opposition from gaining a new political issue.
