Jodhpur, February 1 : The Rajasthan High Court has nullified the transfer order of a widow nursing employee, which had relocated her 480 kilometers away. In a significant ruling, Justice Arun Monga granted relief to the petitioner, Manju, who challenged the state government’s transfer decision.

The petitioner, Manju, was serving as an Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM) in Churu. Her transfer to Nimbahera, Chittorgarh, caused severe hardship, prompting her to seek intervention from the High Court.
