UDAIPUR, June 19 (Udaipur Kiran) : Radiant Academy, a leading educational institution in the city, unveiled the poster for “MAT-A-THON 2026” (MAT-A-THON Edition-5). On the occasion, Radiant Academy Pre-Foundation Head Yatish Goyal shared detailed information about the examination and said that MAT-A-THON is Udaipur’s largest Mental Ability Test competition, aimed at developing students’ logical ability, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
He informed that the competition will be held on August 9, 2026 (Sunday) at 10:30 am. Students from Classes 5 to 10 will be eligible to participate. Three examination centres have been designated in the city: Radiant Tower Sector-3, MDS Senior Secondary School Pratap Nagar and Mikado International School.
Yatish Goyal said that attractive prizes will be awarded to the top 10 students of each class. The first-place winner will receive a Bluetooth speaker, the second-place winner a headphone, the third-place winner a power bank, the fourth-place winner a water bottle, the fifth-place winner a Radiant bag, while students securing sixth to tenth positions will receive trophies. Winners will also be awarded trophies and certificates.
He further said that all participants will receive participation certificates. In addition, all winners will be given free membership to various workshops conducted by Radiant Academy, while non-Radiant students will receive a free MAT module.
The examination will consist of 60 objective-type questions and will have a duration of 90 minutes. Each correct answer will carry three marks, while one mark will be deducted for every incorrect answer. The registration fee for the competition has been fixed at Rs 100.
Yatish Goyal appealed to students and parents to participate in MAT-A-THON 2026 in large numbers.
Speaking on the occasion, MDS School Director Dr Shailendra Somani said that such competitions help develop logical thinking and a competitive spirit among students while creating a strong foundation for future competitive examinations.
Radiant Academy members Lekha Gupta, Jitendra Singh Sisodia, Kapil Tiwari, Anuj Agrawal, Vijendra Kumar and Pavnesh Sharma were present during the poster unveiling ceremony.
