Mumbai, October 22 (Udaipur Kiran): Global icon Priyanka Chopra Jonas celebrated Diwali 2025 in New York with her family and close friends, spreading the spirit of the festival among those who experienced it for the first time.
Taking to social media, Priyanka shared glimpses of the celebration, looking radiant in a red ethnic outfit, while her husband Nick Jonas complemented her in a cream embroidered sherwani. Their daughter, Malti Marie Chopra Jonas, looked adorable in a matching frock, twinning with her father.
Priyanka’s mother, Madhu Chopra, also joined the festivities. Several friends of the couple, who appeared to be celebrating Diwali for the first time, were seen participating in the joyous occasion.
The celebration featured Lakshmi Puja, decorations by little Malti, and fun activities for children, including temporary tattoos. Sharing highlights from the evening, Priyanka captioned her Instagram post:

The picture showed the little one dressed in a yellow top and skirt, her hair tied in pigtails, surrounded by friends. A woman — likely Priyanka — stood nearby in white attire. The picture also revealed a cute temporary tattoo on Malti’s arm, with Priyanka captioning it:
