Udaipur, May 28 (Udaipur Kiran) – Electricity supply will remain disrupted in parts of Pratap Nagar area on Thursday due to borewell drilling work being carried out by the Public Health Engineering Department under a water supply improvement project.

According to officials, power supply will remain suspended from 6 am to 9 am in areas around Krishna Vihar, MDS School and Kingdom School under the Pratap Nagar region.
Meanwhile, water supply in Sector 14 A, B, C, D, I-Block, Double Storey, Single Storey, Virat Nagar, Dwarkapuri, Sector 8, JP Nagar, Tilak Nagar and Laxmi Nagar areas will not be carried out on Thursday and will instead be supplied on Friday morning.
Officials said repair work on the main pipeline at the filter plant and ongoing gas pipeline work damaged the water pipeline, affecting water supply in several areas. The affected localities include Jyoti Nagar, Radha Ji area, Meghwal Basti, Navratan Complex, Flora Complex, Dangliyon Ki Magri, Bhuvana, Indrapuri, Manas Complex, Gayariyon Ka Mohalla, Brahmanon Ka Mohalla, Mahapragya Vihar, Bedla, Bedla Khurd, Badgaon, Tiger Hill, Neemach Kheda, Aloo Factory Pulia, Chitrakoot Nagar, Single Storey and Double Storey areas.
